Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Every OPA Nutrition purchase is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date your order is placed. If you are not fully satisfied, follow the steps below for a refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.
How to request a return
- Contact us through our contact form or at support@opanutrition.com within 60 days of your order date, with your name and order number. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
- Prepare your return. Include the product (the unused portion or the empty bottle) and your order number.
- Ship it back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we recommend a trackable service. Returns must reach us within the 60-day window.
- Refund. Once we receive and check your return, we process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order before it enters fulfillment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order is being prepared for shipment it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under the guarantee above.

- Returns without the product or bottle may not qualify.
- We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout; see our Shipping Policy.
