At OPA Nutrition, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why every purchase is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date your order is placed.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the steps below to request a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the full purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.


How to Request a Return

1. Contact Customer Service
Email us at support@opanutrition.com within 60 days of your order date. Our team will provide you with a return address and instructions.

2. Prepare Your Return
Please include the product (unused portion or empty bottle), the original box, and your original invoice (or your full name and order number if you no longer have the invoice).

3. Ship the Product Back
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Products must be received by us within the 60-day timeframe to qualify.

4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and verified, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.


Additional Notes

  • Refund requests without the original box/bottle may not be honored.

  • Please allow adequate time for normal product use if returning an empty bottle.
