Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Opa Nutrition, your satisfaction is our top priority. This is why we’re giving you our iron-clad 60 day money back guarantee, starting from the date you order your product(s). If you aren’t 100% completely satisfied, simply contact us and you’ll receive a full refund, minus any shipping and handling fees, no questions asked. Of course we’d love to know why you weren’t satisfied, but only if you’re willing to share the details.
Be sure to keep your product box (along with the unused portion if applicable) for the return.
Here’s what you need to do, step by step:
1. Contact Our Customer Service
Contact our customer service team by emailing us at email@example.com. You'll receive a return address to ship the product back to, along with instructions on what to include with your package. Unfortunately we cannot honor refunds without the original box/bottle.
2. Return the unused portion of the product (or empty bottle)
Next, return the unused portion of the product (or empty bottle) along with the original invoice that came with the product itself. You should have received this via email when you ordered. If you no longer have this invoice, please include your full name on a piece of paper with your package.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we must receive the product within the 60 day time frame to qualify for the refund. We recommend that you get a tracking or delivery confirmation number when shipping back your order.
The refund will typically appear back on your credit card/bank statement in roughly 3-5 business days upon receiving your package in our warehouse.
Please note that if you are sending back an empty box/bottle, adequate time must have passed for you to have used this product using the instructions for dosing provided. We do our best to offer a fair return and refund policy, so we hope you will be fair with us as well.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Opa Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Opa Nutrition will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
* Those who do not comply with these rules will waive the right to a refund.
