Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Cloudalien Technologies LLC, doing business as OPA Nutrition (“OPA Nutrition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit opanutrition.com (the “Site”), buy our products, or contact us; how we use and disclose it; and the choices and rights you have.

If you live in a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, also see Your State Privacy Rights. For information about health-related data, see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and order details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the products you buy.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers through Shopify’s checkout. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Account details: if you create an account, your login and order history.
  • Communications: messages you send us, product reviews you submit, and your email marketing preferences.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Cookies, pixels and similar technologies: used to keep your cart working, measure traffic, and show and measure advertising. See “Cookies and advertising” below.

Information from others

We may receive information from Shopify and our service providers (for example, delivery status from carriers or fraud signals from payment processors) and from advertising and analytics partners.

Health-related information

Because we sell dietary supplements, some information — such as the products you buy or browse — may suggest something about your health or wellness goals. We use it only to fulfil your orders, provide customer service, and run our store, as described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.

How we use information

  • To process, ship and support your orders, returns and refunds.
  • To communicate with you about your orders and, if you agree, about products and promotions.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to prevent fraud.
  • To measure and improve our advertising.
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

How we disclose information

  • Service providers that work on our behalf, such as Shopify (store hosting and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, email and customer-service tools, and our product-review provider.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google, that receive device and usage data through cookies and pixels. See “Cookies and advertising.”
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your name, email address, order history or health-related information.

Cookies and advertising

We and our partners use cookies and pixels to understand how people use the Site and to show and measure ads on other websites and apps. Under some U.S. state laws, this kind of advertising can be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out at any time:

  • Use the “Your Privacy Choices” option where it appears on the Site, or contact us using the details below.
  • Turn on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We treat GPC as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some Site features, such as the cart, need cookies to work.

Your choices

  • Marketing emails: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You will still receive emails about your orders.
  • Access, correction and deletion: contact us to request a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it. Residents of certain states have additional rights, described in Your State Privacy Rights.

How long we keep information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements (generally up to seven years). We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and analytics data for no longer than needed for its purpose.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Payments are processed over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
