Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Cloudalien Technologies LLC, doing business as OPA Nutrition (“OPA Nutrition,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares “consumer health data” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada law (SB 370) and similar laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Consumer health data we collect
We sell dietary supplements. Information that could identify a past, present or future health interest includes:
- Products you purchase, add to your cart, or view, and the wellness goal of the collection they belong to (for example sleep, digestion, heart, menopause or men’s health).
- Information you choose to share with us, such as questions to customer service or product reviews that mention a health condition.
We do not ask for diagnoses, medical records, or precise geolocation.

We collect this information directly from you and from your use of the Site and checkout.
Why we collect and use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, returns and refunds.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We collect and use consumer health data only as necessary to provide the products and services you request. We do not use it for targeted advertising, and we will ask for your consent before using it for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We share consumer health data only with service providers (processors) that help us run our store, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and customer-service tools, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions. We may also disclose it when required by law. We do not share it with advertising partners and we do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and access it, including a list of third parties and affiliates it was shared with.
- Withdraw any consent you have given.
- Request deletion of your consumer health data.
- Appeal our decision on your request.
To exercise these rights, email support@opanutrition.com with “Health Data Request” in the subject line, or use our contact form. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where permitted). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line; if you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General or your state’s Attorney General.
